Message Board Guidelines.
This message board is meant for the use of WISE Ottawa members only. Members may:

• Post announcements for jobs in the public sector (i.e. universities, government, etc.) -- private sector companies are required to be sponsors of WISE Ottawa to post job announcements


• Announce events from related organizations that may be of interest to WISE Ottawa members (i.e. other science and engineering organizations, women and high tech groups, etc.)

Please send messages to be posted here to webmaster@wise-ottawa.ca with the subject "WISE-message".

Call for submissions to WISE February newsletter

Happy New Year and best of luck in 2009 to our membership. We are once again seeking WISE members' participation in our newsletter and ask all members to consider making a submission to the first edition of 2009. Are you interested in becoming more involved with WISE? Then please add you input to the upcoming WISE Newsletter!


Please forward your submission to Jill AND Lancy by January 16th, 2009 for inclusion in the February 2009 WISE newsletter. Feel free to provide any submission which you think would be of interest to the Women In Science and Engineering membership.


Your submission can include, but not limited to, any:

- Articles of interest,

- Announcements of up-coming events,

- Non-profit organizations' advertisements,

- Employment notices,

- Volunteer postings,

- Assessments of previous WISE events,

- Letters to the membership,

- Etc


We encourage all authors to submit edited articles but reserve the right to further edit for space constraints and article content, etc.
