1. March Event: "Safety for Women"

Date: Wednesday March 29, 2000
Location: Carleton University, Hertzberg Building, Room 3160 (use parking lot P2)
Time:  7 pm to 8:30 pm

Spend an evening with WISE/FSI and Ottawa-Carleton Police Department Constables Chantal Pombert, Uday Jaswal and Wayne Niemi.

With more and more women living by themselves, working late in the evenings and traveling alone, this information session will provide valuable tips on how to crimeproof your home, possessions, life and community. After a 40-minute video presentation, the remainder of the time will be left open for discussion and questions. Members and non-members alike are welcome to attend, and please feel free to bring friends who might benefit from this information! Admission is free.
